Honda Viltaïs Racing wins the first FIM EWC Cares Trophy

Created by championship promoter Warner Bros. Discovery Sports (WBD Sports), the FIM EWC Cares Trophy highlights the sustainability efforts of EWC competitors.

At the end of a detailed evaluation period, Honda Viltaïs Racing, Team Bolliger Switzerland and Team Chromeburner-RAC41-Honda were selected from the shortlist of three finalists, with Honda Voiltaïs ultimately declared the winner ahead of second-placed Team Bolliger Switzerland. Team Chromeburner-RAC41-Honda, which came third.

The Viltaïs Honda Viltaïs Racing association was created in 2023. It is supervised by Yannick Lucot, as well as young people participating in reintegration programs.

Since 2014, students pursuing a CQP (Certificate of Professional Qualification) actively participate in the Viltaïs Racing team, gaining practical experience to validate their training.

The mission of the Viltaïs association is to innovate and respond to social needs by identifying gaps in housing and health. It offers training, mobility and professional reintegration services.

Operating in six regions and 23 French departments, the Viltaïs association trains more than 50 professionals in five areas of specialization: housing, reintegration, asylum, refugees, professional integration and youth.

His collaborative approach has led him to customize solutions for beneficiaries, particularly in rural areas. With Aménagerie & Co, the Viltaïs association is also involved in environmental sustainability and participates in circular economy activities such as furniture recycling.

These efforts, which directly contribute to social integration, care services and community building, are in line with the values ​​and objectives of the FIM EWC Cares Trophy.

THE FIM EWC CARES TROPHY IN BRIEF

The FIM EWC Cares Trophy is an integral part of the EWC Cares programme, launched in 2002 as part of the global roadmap developed by WDB Sports in terms of corporate social responsibility, and which received an Honorable Mention from the world motorcycling governing body of the FIM. , during its general assembly last December.

Honda Viltaïs Racing will be awarded the inaugural FIM EWC Cares Trophy during the 2023 FIM Awards Ceremony in Liverpool, UK, tomorrow (December 2).

The trophy itself is the work of French company Studio L’Ingrédient, which emphasizes the use of natural and ecological materials, including plant and recycled elements. Thanks to its designs made in France, it offers ecological solutions to modernize award ceremonies while maintaining a sustainable impact on the environment.
