Prince Charles visits his mother, Britain’s Queen Elizabeth, more often than usual. what informs Sunsuggesting that this is related to his failing health.
Daily visits would take place mainly in the mornings at Balmoral Castle in Scotland, where the 96-year-old queen currently resides. It is not often that the prince visits his mother so frequently and without an appointment, he says Sun.
Previously, several British media reported that Elizabeth may not name Britain’s new Prime Minister at Buckingham Palace in early September, as is tradition, also due to her failing health. Doctors are said to have advised the Queen not to travel too much and the September 6 appointment falls during the period when Elizabeth traditionally stays at Balmoral Castle. She is usually there from July to October.
The British queen also missed parts of her platinum jubilee celebrations a few months ago.
