The nursing profession is also unattractive to many because because it is more stressful than many other professions it is. This is clear from the 2020 care report of the health insurer Barmer. How do clinic patients, residents, and others who need care feel about the lack of staff?

There are many things that make the nursing profession attractive, but too many people steer clear of it. There is no shortage of ideas and suggestions on how this can be changed.
