The quarantine obligation expires for vaccinated travelers, the mouth plug is still mandatory at the airport

As of September 22, the quarantine rules for traveling to the Netherlands will change. Vaccinated travelers from the United States, United Kingdom, Suriname, or other very high-risk areas no longer need to be quarantined. This makes it much easier for most people to travel to the Netherlands from those countries.

At the airport (at least from the security control and later in the places that the airport may designate, such as departure and arrival lounges), in trains, buses, trams, metro, taxis and other means of commercial personal transport, the Wearing a mask is still mandatory. The obligation expires on platforms and stations.
