On January 8 you assumed the management of Cristal Habitat. What will be the big projects for 2024?

We are going to invest 46 million euros in the renovation of our park of more than 8,500 homes, including the emblematic Piochet operation (12 buildings, 244 homes). Carried out within the framework of the national MassiRéno call for projects aimed at the industrialization of rehabilitation, the works, which are carried out on an occupied site, will be completed at the end of the year.

What are the guidelines for new construction?

Our forecasts refer to 17 million euros in investments for the construction of 109 homes (rental and social or affordable access) and 8 million euros for development operations such as the Triangle Sud in Bourget-du-Lac of 17,000 m² where we are. will carry out a program that combines housing, student accommodation and companies.

How do you feel about the plan to renovate commercial properties in the center of Chambéry?

The collaboration established with the municipality and the Bank of the Territories has already allowed us to buy and renovate around thirty commercial premises that were mostly empty. We can reach marketing through calls for projects in order to promote the sustainability of the activities created. In certain cases, we operate global operations with commerce on the ground floor and accommodation on the upper floors. In the process of obtaining Qualibail certification to guarantee the quality of the service provided to our tenants, we are prepared to respond to the challenges of the communities of the Grand Chambéry metropolitan area in all our areas of specialization.
