The Europa Conference League clash will take place on Thursday 4 November at Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium in London.
Kick-off is at 8pm UK time.
The Spurs will then travel to Slovenia to face Mura before wrapping up their trip home to the group stage against Rennes in Ligue 1.
