Brussels – The definitive rejection by the London Court of Appeal of the action of the pro-separatist NGO “WSC” against the trade agreement between Morocco and the United Kingdom highlights the repeated failures of the real party instigating the conflict around the Sahara Moroccan, pointed out several European media.

These instigators, despite their malicious inclinations, have failed in their attempts to persuade British justice to re-examine the post-Brexit trade deal concluded and endorsed by the two kingdoms, the European portal “EU Briefs” stressed.

This third setback, since last December for the enemies of the territorial integrity of Morocco, confirms the validity of the association agreement that unites the two countries and that benefits the populations and the development of all the regions of the Kingdom, of the north to south, the media noted.

For its part, the “NapiEU” portal considered that the decision of the British National Court has the merit of reinforcing the Morocco-United Kingdom association agreement, given that the British judge confirmed, last December, that the agreements between the two countries are fully binding. under international law.

The ruling confirms the legitimacy of the Kingdom’s actions in its southern provinces and the conformity of its exploitation of natural resources with international law, the media insisted.

For its part, the “EU Political Report” indicated that trade between the two countries has grown steadily since the agreement was signed, with bilateral flows peaking at £2.9 billion in the third quarter of 2022. , an increase of £1 billion over the same period. past year.

The agreement restores, within the framework of bilateral relations, all the effects that the two countries granted each other, reciprocally, within the framework of the Morocco-EU Association Agreement, ensuring the continuity of trade between Morocco and the United Kingdom as of 31 December 2020, recalled the portal.
