Solutions 30 confirms that it is working on a project to take over Scopelec’s assets

Solutions 30 indicates that in early November it submitted a first takeover bid for certain Scopelec assets, and confirms that it is currently working on a new enhanced bid project.

Solutions 30 aims to offer a robust and long-lasting recovery solution. For the Solutions 30 Group, already present in many regions of France through a dense and strong network of numerous contracts both in telecommunications and in growth relief activities such as renewable energy and charging stations for electric vehicles, the integration of certain assets of Scopelec would make it possible to consolidate its development base and offer new perspectives to Scopelec employees.

Solutions 30’s offer is complementary to that of other potential buyers.

This expanded takeover bid will be subject to the approval of the Lyon Commercial Court, which will designate the buyer(s) and, where appropriate, the authorization of the Competition Authority.
