Solutions 30 announced on June 28 that it had entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring EnergyGo. Since all conditions precedent could not be lifted, this project cannot be completed.
In the short term, Solutions 30 intends to continue taking advantage of the multiple organic growth opportunities present in the energy transition sector, capitalizing on its know-how and track record in this field.
