Less than half of the top 10 games can be played on a PlayStation system. It’s true that Nintendo has dominated the UK physical game rankings for months, and the latest results are no different. Thankfully, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is holding on, dropping from third to sixth among all Switch exclusives.
Elsewhere, FIFA 21 remains in second place and continues to sell primarily on PS4 and PS5. Grand Theft Auto V comes in just below Ratchet in seventh place, and Resident Evil Village is on the rise again; goes from 15 to ninth. Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales narrowly missed the top 10, which also gained a few spots to finish 11th.
There aren’t too many major boxed launches in July, but we expect F1 2021 to qualify at the top of the grid when it launches next week. Here’s the latest top 10 in full.
