When it comes to the most popular royals, William and Kate are clearly at the top in Britain. William in particular is incredibly popular. According to a YouGov poll from late summer, Kate has lost popularity, but she is still in third place, behind Princess Anne.
Prince Harry and Meghan, on the other hand, are far behind in the bottom spots. Seventh place was enough for him, while she took the penultimate position behind him. Only Prince Andrew is, unsurprisingly, even more unpopular.
Queen Camilla’s friend harshly judges William and Kate
Although William and Kate are so sought after and loved by practically the entire kingdom, they are now clearly being criticized by a man in their private circle.

Interior designer Nicky Haslam, a long-time friend of Queen Camilla who also knew Princess Diana during her life, has now delivered a damning verdict on the Prince and Princess of Wales. This mainly relates to his style.
Watson is now on WhatsApp
As “GB News“The 84-year-old reportedly considers William and Kate “childish.” He especially dislikes their fashion sense. One of his points of criticism: their choice of clothing color. “You see endless photographs of the whole family in different shades of blue,” he complains. That’s so “usual”. “It’s very strange to see an entire family dressed in blue. Wouldn’t little Princess Charlotte like to wear white?” he asks.
He is convinced that in earlier times royalty would have worn “wonderful, exotic clothing.” However, William and Kate are far from that. Today’s Royals would be more like “Peter Jones’ showcase fools.”
William and Kate do ‘childish things’
The interior designer is also resentful of William and Kate’s general behavior. This does not seem aristocratic enough to him. William and Kate are not “intellectual” enough. “They do childish things like soccer and play,” he criticizes. Literary lunches, unusual books or visits to the theater are not on the agenda for the parents of three children, complains Haslam.
Things seemed completely different under the late Queen Elizabeth II. “She was cultured, cultured, very funny and very fast,” he enthused about her.

What does Queen Camilla think about her boyfriend’s harsh words? She probably won’t reveal it anytime soon, just like those criticized themselves, William and Kate.
