FTI Consulting France strengthens its Corporate Finance & Restructuring offer

(Boursier.com) — FTI Consulting Inc today announced the appointment of Raphaël Miolane as Senior Managing Director within the Corporate Finance and Restructuring team in France, led by Thierry Miremont. It thus joins the Business Transformation practice, which offers consulting services to help clients optimize their commercial and operational performance, their transformations, their M&A operations and restructurings.

Raphaël Miolane (45) has more than 20 years of experience advising and leading complex transformations for international companies facing major operational and financial challenges. He has worked especially in the agri-food, restaurant, retail and consumer goods sectors.
From 2009 to 2018, Raphaël Miolane contributed to the transformation of Yum! Brands in Europe, first as CFO of KFC for France, then as General Manager of Central and Eastern Europe. He then served as CEO at Pizza Hut UK’s turnaround, before igniting the brand’s digital transformation by founding and leading the Pizza Hut Digital Venture. Finally, he led the Europe region as General Manager, where he reviewed the organizational and development model.
Subsequently, after serving as CEO of Courtepaille from 2018-2020, he founded his own business turnaround and transformation consulting company, ChangeCo. In particular, he accompanied Subway as CEO in charge of redefining the structure and performance management of the network in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and Greece.

Holder of a master’s degree from the ESC Clermont Business School and an MBA from the Moore School of Business of the University of North Carolina in the United States, Raphaël Miolane began his career in 2001 at Procter & Gamble, first in France and then in Switzerland. . and Sweden. After 6 years with the US group, he joined the Boston Consulting Group in Paris as a consultant and then as a project manager in the retail, consumer goods and telecommunications sectors.
Raphaël Miolane is a member of the Paris office of the Organization of Young Presidents, a non-profit association that brings together young business leaders, and is also involved in coaching within the International Coach Federation.
