Capgemini announces the appointment of its new CFO

Paris, December 1, 2023 – capgemini announces appointment of Nive Bhagat as group chief financial officer effective 1^Ahem January 2024. Nive thus becomes part of the General Management Committee. She will replace Carole Ferrand, CFO since 2018, who will pursue other career opportunities. Carole ensures the transition and transfer of Nive until the end of the year.

Biography: Nive Bhagat

Nive Bhagat is Director of Services since July 2019 Cloud and infrastructure of Capgemini, which today has more than 30,000 employees worldwide, at which time he also joined the Group’s Executive Committee.

Previously and since 2016, he managed the services Cloud and infrastructure for the UK and Europe.

From 2010 to 2015, Nive Bhagat held various positions at Capgemini: notably, he was Head of Markets across all sectors (including P&L) and Head of Application Services in the UK. She was named a member of the National Board of Capgemini in the United Kingdom in 2016.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Nive Bhagat worked for several years at Infosys Technologies, where she developed and led enterprise solutions in Europe. He also worked in finance at KPMG.

Since 2022, Nive has also served on the board of directors of Schneider Plc, where he is a member of the Human Capital and Remuneration committee, as well as the Digital committee. She previously served on the Board of Directors of MITIE Plc, where she was a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.

She is a public accountant and has a bachelor’s degree in economics.
