The negotiation will be structured around six axes: meaning and values, employee health, work organization, life at work, professional development and distribution of values.
In this context, the social partners have agreed, in particular, to include regulatory provisions that enact social innovations and modernize collective agreements, but also recommendations for companies. They also planned to challenge public authorities for blocking legislative elements.
