Aramis Group changes its government – 09/27/2022 at 10:01

(AOF) – On Monday, September 26, the board of directors of the Aramis group (Aramisauto, Cardoen, Clicars and CarSupermarket) announced changes in its government, with on the one hand the replacement of two directors representing Stellantis at the request of the latter, and on the other hand, the replacement of the CEO of CarSupermaket, a subsidiary of the group in the United Kingdom, with the desire to undertake a new personal project.

Sophie le Roi, VP CFO for Stellantis Circular Economy since July 1, 2022, was thus co-opted as CEO following the resignation of Lucie Vigier with effect from July 26, 2022. Xavier Duchemin, Senior Vice President (SVP ) of the used vehicle division of Stellantis since the summer of 2022, is also integrated as a director following the resignation of Marc Lechantre with effect from July 26, 2022.

Stephen Butterley, CEO of, a subsidiary of the Aramis group in the United Kingdom, has announced his desire to undertake a new project after almost ten years with the company. Matt Barrick, 37, who has spent his entire career with the company and previously served as chief commercial and operations officer, takes over the role.

In the first half of fiscal year 2022, Aramis Group generated revenues of €873 million, sold more than 41,000 vehicles to individuals and recorded more than 40 million visits to its websites. At the end of March 2022, the group had more than 1,800 employees, a network of 60 agencies and four industrial reconditioning sites.
