accesso Technology Group plc has signed strategic agreements with 18 new partners in the theme parks and attractions, skiing, hotels, culture and zoos markets in the US and UK. These new customers will benefit from an overview of accesso Passport® e-commerce ticketing suite, accesso SiriuswareSM point-of-sale ticketing solution, accesso ShoWareSM live event ticketing platform and accesso’s customer experience management platform to redefine the customer experience on your sites. 10 new customers will harness the power of the accessoPassport® ticketing solution to make meaningful connections with guests in the pre-trip planning process, including Battersea Power Station, an innovative new shopping and entertainment destination in London. Of these 10 customers, five will also take advantage of the accessoSiriuswareSM platform to simplify operations and increase sales on the site.
This combined customer set includes: Snowy Range Ski Area Centennial, WY, San Francisco Zoo San Francisco, CA, and two properties owned by Lazarus Entertainment Group, where access’s mobile food and beverage ordering solution is also used to provide customers a mobile and improved catering. The accesso SiriuswareSM platform will be used by Willamette Pass Resort Crescent Lake, Oregon to flexibly manage on-site operations and provide quick and easy transactions for guests. The ShoWareSM access platform welcomes six new customers, including RiverCenter for the Performing Arts Columbus, GA, and McPherson Opera House McPherson, KS, who are improving ticketing operations at their properties.
Timberline Mountain, a popular ski resort in Davis, WV, will use accesso’s customer experience management platform to deliver a personalization at scale and an immersive on-mountain experience, available to customers through a mobile app.
