tik tok user HEIMANumérique shared the trick in a video, saying the feature can be used to “hide unwanted ambient noise.”
To enable the feature, you need to open the Settings app, then go to Accessibility, scroll down to Audio/Visual, then tap “Background Sounds.”
There, you’ll be able to enable the feature and select the type of sound you want, with options like ocean, rain, and stream.
Apple said this feature can “minimize distractions and help you focus, stay calm, or rest.”
