updateStromae will not come to the Netherlands next week. The Belgian artist has canceled his three concerts at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, as he announced on Tuesday on social networks. Several other performances in the coming months have also been removed from his schedule.
Stromae says that he is unable to perform due to his “present health”. The singer, who previously suffered from a burnouthad to cancel several concerts in France last month.
“I have realized that my current state of health does not allow me to see you at this time,” Stromae writes in a message to his fans. “I am sorry to share this news with you, it saddens me immensely, but I had to set my limits. Surrounded by my family, I have to take some time to recover and get back into acting.’ Stromae doesn’t say what exactly is wrong with him. He says that he wants to bring ‘more positive news’ soon and that he wants to resume his tour soon.
