To celebrate 75 years of the essential David Bowie, two temporary booths will be set up around the world. One in New York and the other…. in London, for our greatest pleasure!

March 2012. The wall of 23 Heddon Street had a plaque in honor of David Bowie, on the same place where 40 years earlier the singer had become Ziggy Stardust for the cover of his album. The rise and fall of Ziggy Stardust and the spiders of Mars. Once, therefore, it is not usual, since it is at number 14, this time you will find the pop-up store paying tribute to it from October 25 to the end of January 2022.

What can we expect?

This Bowie75 store wants to offer those nostalgic for the pop icon an immersion in the heart of his music and his art. With HD video and audio projection rooms and technology that gives sound a spatial dimension, the experience is designed to be as immersive as possible. This will allow fans to hear and see Bowie as if they were there.

The boutique offers hours of artistic videos and photographs, some never seen before, taken behind the scenes. With these means, he travels the life of the singer through the ages and his characters.

For those who want to feel as close as possible to “the man with a thousand faces”, it will be possible to slip into some of his emblematic costumes amid sets recreating moments seen and reexamined on their screens. Fans will finally be able to walk away with limited editions of clothing and items from Bowie’s exclusive collection under their arm, as well as vinyls and CDs.

Special guests are expected, but it will still take a little patience for them to be revealed to us.

Another musical journey

For the bigger fans, another event is about to start in the UK. The Absolute Bowie Tour returns this year from October 16 to June 18. Five musicians on stage recreate David Bowie’s concerts, from costumes to sets, performing all of his great classics. Extravagance, authenticity and love of music come together to transport audiences on a journey that begins in the 1970s.

The group will pass through London on November 5 and now you can reserve your seats at your site.
